Terms

Last updated 14 July 2026

These terms cover this website and the pilot process. The software itself is provided under a separate written agreement — nothing here replaces or overrides that agreement.

This website

The content on this site is provided for information. We describe what VanaHR does today, not what it might do later. Where something is not yet true — for example, that we do not currently operate under a signed BAA — we say so on the page rather than in a footnote.

Requesting a pilot

Submitting the pilot form is a request, not a contract. It does not create an obligation on either side. We may decline a request, and you may withdraw one at any time. Any pilot is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, data handling, and term.

Accounts and access

The VanaHR console is available only to authorized users of a facility that has an agreement with us. Do not attempt to access an account or facility you are not authorized to use. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to contact staff who have not consented to be contacted.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying systems.
  • Do not submit another person’s details to the pilot form without their knowledge.

What we do not promise

The product proposes; a human confirms. VanaHR is a decision-support tool, and clinical, staffing, and compliance decisions remain the facility’s responsibility. We do not guarantee a specific fill rate, cost saving, or outcome — which is why the pilot measures against your own baseline instead of quoting an industry figure at you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above reflects the current version.
