This page describes what we collect through vanahr.co and how the VanaHR product handles data. It is written plainly and deliberately narrow: we would rather say less and mean it than publish a long policy that promises everything.

What this website collects

The only information this site collects is what you type into the Request a pilot form: your name, work email, facility name, roughly how many facilities you operate, your role, and your biggest staffing pain. We record that you consented to be contacted, and when.

We use it for one purpose — to contact you about a VanaHR pilot. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this page, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

We keep pilot requests only while they are commercially live, and no longer than 24 months. To have yours removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.

What the product handles

The VanaHR application handles staffing data belonging to the facility that operates it — rosters, schedules, shifts, credentials, and the messages exchanged about coverage. That data belongs to the facility, not to us, and each customer’s data is isolated at the database level, per tenant and per role.

Health details are treated as protected by default: they are redacted before they could reach any external model, and a conversation carrying them is blocked from that path entirely. We are not currently operating under a signed BAA. If you require one, tell us in your pilot request and we will address it before any pilot begins, rather than after.

Staff messaging

Staff are contacted only where consent has been recorded for that person, and every attempt is logged. A “stop” is honored as an instruction, not a preference.
