What we ask of you: a named owner, access to how you schedule today, and enough attention during the data review and rehearsal to catch what we get wrong.
What success is measured against
We establish your building’s own baseline — coverage, overtime, agency use, and how gaps get filled — and review what changed against that baseline. If it did not help, the evidence will say so.
